Purpose

This site (scaption.app) describes the SCAPTION service — live captioning and translation for events — and provides access to purchasing it and to the customer dashboard. Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service and, for the desktop application, by the EULA. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

The software, the SCAPTION brand, the texts and the design of this site are the property of Luis Miguel Burgaz Olmeda or used under license. No rights are granted by mere use of the site. Reproduction or exploitation of the contents without authorization is not permitted, without prejudice to legally permitted uses. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB (ndi.video).

Liability and links

The owner works to keep the site's information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability of the site (service status is published at scaption.app/status for information).
